OVER 50S
For many years we have held an ‘Over 50’s’ meeting for senior residents in the neighbourhood on the first Saturday of the month. The afternoons are quite informal and friendly and normally consist of hymn singing, a brief item of interest (often with a ‘creation’ theme) and an epilogue where we consider something to challenge us all from the Bible. This is then followed by sandwiches, cakes and a cup of tea.
We start at 3pm and finish at around 5pm, and we are very happy to arrange transport if this is needed.
It would be good to welcome some new friends to our meetings, and we hope you will be able to come.
