Welcome

COVID-19

REOPENING: we will be meeting for worship on church premises for the first time since lockdown began on 5th of July for our Lord’s Day morning service. We will continue to stream the services for those who cannot join us in person.

All government regulations and recommendations will be observed by those in the church building. This includes keeping the two-metre social distancing between households, quarantining of all hymnbooks for 48 hours before and after services, regular disinfecting of communal facilities and one-way systems in place for moving safely around the building. For a full description of measures being taken to reduce the risk of infection, please see the risk assessment which will be uploaded to this page in good time for 5th July.

All young peoples meetings will remain suspended until further notice.

Welcome

Welcome to the Beacon Park Baptist Church.

We purchased the former Peverell Park Methodist Church building and began our services there on Sunday 1st February 2015. Service times continue to be at 10.30am and 6.30pm.

I do hope that you find everything you need from the web-site but if you cannot find what you are looking for please do not hesitate to get in touch. Better still, why not come along and meet us personally.

We would strongly recommend the evening service for a first time visit. You will find a friendly crowd of all ages and are assured of a very warm welcome.

Sincerely,

Richard Clarke
Pastor

Live Streams

Lord’s Day Morning and Evening Services will be livestreamed on Zoom and YouTube. Links to these will be posted in the ‘Upcoming Meetings’ section of this page in good time for all services.

Recent Meetings

On Saturday 2nd May 2020 we held our 25th anniversary service. It was a wonderful occasion of thanksgiving marking the Lord’s goodness to us over the years. The meeting was led by our Pastor with the preaching of the word brought by Rev. John Thackway and reflections on the Lord’s kindness from Pastor Michael Harley.
