Even though they knew that Jesus loved children they tried to turn the women and children away, thinking that Jesus had more important people to speak to and spend His time with.

#3 Why did the Lord Jesus rebuke his disciples for turning the mothers and their children away?

The Lord Jesus taught that it is easier for children to understand how to become converted than adults.

‘Verily I say unto you, Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven’ Matthew 18 vs 3.

#4 Many adults do not even understand the basic truths of the Bible. For example, many adults believe that we are a product of evolution because that is what they have been taught. Who does the Bible say created the world and everything in it?

You only have to read the first verse of the Bible to find out the answer: “In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.” Genesis 1 vs 1

#5 The bible also tells us that we are all sinners. Who does the Bible say we must put our trust in to forgive us of our sins?

No matter how much anyone else wants to forgive our sins, the truth is that there is only one person who can, and that is the Lord Jesus. The amazing thing is that He is not just able to forgive us, but He is also willing to forgive us!

#6 If we put our trust in the Lord Jesus he promises to save us. We will become converted. What does it mean to be converted?

#7 When is the best time for us to pray to the Lord and become converted?

Today, while we are young is the best time to ask the Lord Jesus to forgive us and save us. When we are older our hearts will be harder and we will find it harder to say sorry and trust the Lord Jesus alone.
