#6 How can we have our sins forgiven and go to Heaven?

We must repent of our sins. That is to turn from wilfully living a sinful life to instead living a life for God and hating sin. We must know that we are guilty sinners and have broken Gods laws (commandments). We must admit to God (confess) that we have sinned against Him and ask Him to forgive us. We must also believe that His son Jesus Christ died for us. If you have truly repented and believed, then God will change your life forever and you will want to live for Jesus and to please Him.

“If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin.” 2 Chronicles Ch.7 V. 14

#8 This festive season is a time when we can enjoy being with some of our families and friends, eating nice food and giving and receiving gifts. What can we do to ensure that life does not become boring and miserable in the New Year?

The only way to true happiness all the year round is to be a Christian. To look forward to serving God and to please Him is a wonderful thing. He is the giver of great joy and peace to those that love Him.

Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that ye may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Ghost.” Romans Ch.15 V.13
